Del renombrado productor Dick Wolf (Ley y Orden) y los creadores Derek Haas y Michael Brandt, los guionistas responsables de El tren de las 3:10, llega la trepidante Chicago Fire, una fresca y honesta mirada a la vida de un grupo de héroes cotidianos comprometidos con una de las profesiones más nobles de Estados Unidos. Se dicen que son los más valientes por una razón. Los bomberos, los miembros del escuadrón de rescate y los efectivos de urgencias del parque de bomberos de Chicago se enfrentan al peligro día a día y arriesgan sus vidas para salvar a gente que ni siquiera conocen. Aunque también hay malos momentos, especialmente cuando un accidente se cobra la vida de uno de los suyos y cada uno tiene que tomar parte por sus compañeros. Eso sí, cuando el deber llama, todos ellos trabajan sin fisuras para salvar las vidas de aquellos que están en peligro.
